Flexible Schedule
Sterling is an FDIC insured bank, meaning we're closed for most federal holiday. Each one counts as a paid vacation day. In addition, based on our ownership's family values and beliefs, the bank is also closed weekends.

Sterling State Bank has an opening for a Full Time Teller (40 hours per week) located at our Rochester corporate office (4200 Badger Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN).
Job Description:
Tellers are the friendly face of the Bank to all our wonderful customers. We are seeking an applicant who enjoys providing great customer service while making each of our customers feel welcomed in our branches. Professional standards of accuracy, privacy and attention to detail are important for this position.
Tellers are responsible for processing customer transactions. These include deposits, payments, transfers, change orders and currency processing. The ability to follow bank policies and procedures in performance of the job are also important attributes. Marketing Specialist - Corporate Location, Rochester, MN
Sterling State Bank has an opening for a Marketing Specialist. This position is located at our corporate office (4200 Badger Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN 55901) and is responsible for the design and production of bank marketing materials. This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday).
Job Description:
Responsibilities include managing the design and production process for a wide range of bank marketing communication. The Marketing Specialist duties include social media posts, event planning, email marketing and strategy, and advertisement creation. Vendor communications and inventory management are also part of this role. Marketing collateral includes brochures, banners, advertisements, in-branch communications, displays, online marketing, and website changes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Successful applicants will be equipped with a variety of design skills including graphic design, digital and print layout, creative services, strong customer focus, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail and proficiency with desktop publishing tools & Adobe software.
The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design and/or marketing. Preferred experience of at least 2 years in Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (based on experience).
